Annual Plan 2025-2026
The Annual Plan is a collection of various projects implemented through the people’s planning process with the aim of ensuring the comprehensive and sustainable development of the Gram Panchayat. The Annual Plan of Puthrikka Grama Panchayat for 2025–26 includes a wide range of projects with priority given to sectors such as social security, health, education, women and child welfare, agricultural development, housing, sanitation, waste management, drinking water supply, infrastructure development, and basic facility development.
Special projects and allocations have been included to improve the living standards of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, persons with disabilities, senior citizens, women, children, and extremely poor families. In the health sector, improvements to hospital infrastructure, purchase of medicines, and palliative care services are included. In the education sector, renovation of schools and anganwadis, along with enhancement of learning facilities, have been prioritized. Special emphasis has also been given to waste management and strengthening the activities of Haritha Karma Sena.
The plan also includes several infrastructure development projects aimed at the renovation and maintenance of roads, canals, public institutions, and public spaces across various wards of the panchayat. These projects are formulated by effectively coordinating different funding sources such as central and state government schemes, Finance Commission grants, development funds, and own funds of the panchayat.
Prepared by considering the needs and development vision of the people, this Annual Plan serves as a guiding framework to transform Puthrikka Grama Panchayat into a more developed, clean, socially just, and people-friendly local self-government institution.
